When you place an order successfully, we will send you information about the order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order will not be able to cancel and change the order information.

If canceling your order is valid, the refund amount will be fully refunded to you within 3-5 days.

Refund, Replacement and Refund Policy
Our store has a 30-day return policy in which customers can request a return within 30 days after receiving their purchased item. However, the item must be in the original packaging, with tags, and in an unused and unworn condition. Customers also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. If customers wish to return the item, they can send us an email at [email protected] to start the process. Once the return is accepted, customers will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package. We do not accept items that are sent back to us without prior consent.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us immediately upon receipt. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or hazardous materials are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards, custom items, or sale items.
To exchange an item, customers must return the existing item and make a separate purchase for a new item. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify customers of the approval of the refund. Refunds will be made through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
