Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products all over the world on a daily basis. We have many satisfied customers located globally.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! All orders come with a tracking number after they have been processed within 5-7 days. If you can’t find your tracking number, simply email us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send it to you as soon as possible.

What if I haven’t received a confirmation email?
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder and other email accounts. If you still can’t find it, please contact our customer support at [email protected].

How secure is my personal data?
We take the security of your personal information very seriously. We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your data when you purchase from our store. Your credit card information is encrypted during the transmission process via SSL technology to ensure maximum safety.

Are there any additional charges for duties and taxes?
In most cases, our customers do not get charged for import duties. However, if there are any additional charges, please check with your country’s customs office to determine what they will be. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens if I provide the wrong address?
If you have mistakenly given us a wrong address, please email us at [email protected] right away. We will do our best to update your address before your shipment has been sent out. However, if the item has already been sent out, we cannot be held responsible to resend it with your new address. So, please ensure to double-check your address before placing your order.

Can I send a design to print on a product?
Yes! We welcome your personal designs and would love to help you print them on our products. Please keep in mind that a minimum of 20 items is required per design for us to print. Please send your design along with the product, color, and size to [email protected].

Where do you ship from?
We have suppliers located in various countries, including the United States, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, and more. Therefore, please expect that your package may be shipped separately from different suppliers and countries, especially if you have ordered more than one item.
